Currently, shipping might be delayed in some countries due to the COVID - 19 pandemic. We are taking extra effort to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our teams. Please allow extra 3-7 days for your order to arrive. Thanks for your patience and we will always make sure that your order is safely being delivered!
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods. Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays.

Please keep in mind that once the package is handed over to the shipping courier, there might be circumstances out of our control that may cause delivery delays.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time of arrival, please send us an email via help@patimont.com, our customer representatives will try their best to help.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you place the order. Send us an email via help@patimont.com as soon as possible if you change your mind, we will cancel the order and refund you before it is being shipped.
If you would like to change your shippng address, please contact us within 24 hours after you plcae the order and we will update your shipping address before it is sent.
If your order has been shipped, unforturantely we cannot change your shipping address. But you can contact the local logistic company to redirect the package to the correct address.
*Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide on your order - if you have provided an incorrect address, and the package is delivered there, we are unable to retrieve it so please check your address carefully!

We have multiple fulfillment centers around the world include North America, the EU & Asia. Your order will be shipped from the fulfillment center that provides the fastest line to your address.
